First of all, let me say I am surprised at the quality and taste of the food since it opened approximately 2 or 3 months ago. Food taste: 5 stars. I have had the chicken wing combo, mild or hot, several times, and it's been great every time. I have had the chicken, steak, and shrimp hibachi with fried rice and they have all been delicious. I enjoy the vegetables that they serve with the rice, too. Service: 5 stars. Very friendly cashier, every time, and Peter and Chonsho(not spelling this correctly) are cooking with a smile on their face and greet you kindly if they step into the dining area. They seem pleased to be working there and are friendly. I will also say that although it is a new establishment that has been renovated, the appearance is always clean and sanitary inside, both at the serving counter, looking over to the kitchen area which is in plain view, and in the dining area. The new tables aren't ideal because the chairs are not free moving/ they are attached and spin, so it doesn't allow for much space for larger people, but I mostly order take out, so that isn't a deal breaker for me. There are 4 Asian/ Chinese restaurants within 4 miles of this location beside the One Stop, but I enjoy this one the most! Also, they are open 7 days a week and have very convenient hours! I hope they keep up the good work and maintain quality once the newness wares off, because if they do, they will continue to get my business, no doubt about it.
